We believe that County Commission District Three in Rio
Rancho has unique assets, opportunities, problems and concerns, which need to be recognized by Sandoval county government.
We must, as a district, organize ourselves, identify our issues and show our strength to ensure resolution to our concerns.
Goal 1:
Develop a strategic plan to address issues raised by the residents in District 3 in cooperation with
county staff. This document will include a prioritized list of projects to address the issues and concerns of District residents.
Goal 3:
Establish a team to examine what opportunities exist for infrastructure rehabilitations in the district. Review
road, sewer, water and county own recreation facilities improvement plans that already exist with the county.
Goal 2:
Publish a community calendar which will identify times and places of community meetings that I will attend to receive input
from District residents.
